(2) part of picking the right bra is your ribcage shape, your back shape, the attachment of your breast to the body and then the position of your breast tissue on your body. Then you really need to know your band size because it does all the work. The shoulder straps shouldn't be holding anything up

(3) Much of finding the bra that will do the job you want is by seeing a really good bra fitter. That is the fastest way to get it done, but that isn't comfortable for a lot of humans to do. I make corsets so I that is the only reason why I know what I am looking for.

(4) It is a lot of trial and error on your own. But, if you go to sights light Miss Mary of Sweden, they have a lot of good information about what each model is trying to do and the shape it gives. Prima Donna is another brand I recommend because they do a great job explaining their bras

(5) Look for something with powermesh on the inside for support, and a solid outer side panel that will push more towards the center. You want a full strap that isn't just elastic on to the cup, but triangular coming from the cup, a broader chest band, and more than likely full coverage.

(6) Miss Mary of Sweden in particular look at the Always BH, Lovely Lace, Jacquard and Lace and see how the outside panel comes up and around? That will push in. Anything that has that side panel will help. A balconnet style might work, but that depends on the straps and outside panel.
