To those that have it, did you have to add yourself as a user under manage users? Cause I never did it until today and now it wan't me to confirm my identity and I'm debating if I should just remove it, but anxiety of it possibly deleting my whole account is stopping me 🙃 - ThreadSky

No, I didn't, I changed my personal account to a business one, and under the manage users it's blank for me. I guess it's a feature if you have more people using the business account. If you're uncertain, chat with support, they're quite fast to answer o;

If you are using PL version and it's not an issue then call their support on the phone! It's surprisingly useful and solved every problem I had over the years.

Oh, i had just turned my old personal into a business account and operate as the business entity with *another* account on the side for personal transactions.. Maybe that might work out for you? Im not sure if they changed anything since I did it years ago

not really, I chanfed my personal to business, but also my account is still under review, its been 3 years

And I've left paypal for stripe, it's honestly much more pleasant.
