On here I guess it means no hashtag. Sciart was a funding stream originated in the late 90s or early 2000s by a consortium including the Wellcome Trust (as they were called at the time) I understand it was Terry Trickett who coined it I found a link about it https://www.sci-art.org.uk/the-legacy-of-sci-art/what-is-sci-art/how-did-it-all-start

Artsci is an attempt to put art first in the name and to move away from the now defunded funding term. Myself I prefer art-science collaboration or BioArt (though not all art-science work is BioArt of course)
