Not sure this is the best way to announce myself on a shiny new platform but I produced this. It seemed like a good idea at the time. And everyone was lovely, apart from one obvious exception.
One day in the 1990s, someone very high up at the BBC retired and then all the 'lots of BBC stars singing' content died out overnight. Thank goodness for that!
I remember this one! Michael Grade had cancelled Doctor Who because it was “rubbish” a few years beforehand so the BBC could treat us to quality entertainment like this…
