Not really coping brilliantly with a combo of early dark nights, long covid and increased work stress due to...silly plans that I have tried to stop happening.
I guess it's a time for concentrating on the small things to find joy?
Anyone got any good ideas?

Put some Christmas lights on early - no need to do the full decorations (that could just add more stress).
I find watching things grow and seeing daily changes very therapeutic
Get outside even if it’s cold. Especially if there’s sun. Really helps.
The other thing is just taking one day at a time and keeping the hope that someday I’ll feel better
And then there’s the knowledge that spring is coming soon- I hold to that too
Sending all hugs
- it’s definitely small 🤪 and buying these on Friday brought me joy!

I just discovered the most beautiful music by a band called Beirut.
And my biggest Long Covid tip.
Be slow.
Make everything slow.
No muti tasking.
Only single tasking.
