This shit not worth for me. I've felt anxious as fuck allllllllllll week. I've been more sore/tired on my rest days. Been unable to nap.

Like I feel a little stronger/alert and recover a little better day of, but the trade-offs are too much for me. Ymmv but it's a no from me
