Many years ago, I got a really bad, constantly bleeding, sore on a heel, having taken the scouts hiking wearing loose walking boots. Then invited to a black tie dinner dance, I wore identical slip on leather slippers and DJ etc… No one noticed!

It's pretty chilly atm, I swim most days (Brighton), nud when I can (but for swim gloves, socks and a woolly hat - my partner finds this most amusing..) gotta say that 22 mins today was toooo long..
