Working from home certainly makes #WorkNakedDay easier. Not that my team mind - they all know I'm a naturist, and I just have my camera off when on Teams meetings!

Trouble is ‘just’ having the camera off does affect the effectiveness of meetings - you lose the ability to see participants reactions or confirm their active participation. We all know that some people will be doing secondary activities when off camera and not necessarily be paying full attention.
Precisely why I have my camera off! I can't help wearing my emotions on my face, and there's no way I want them knowing that I think this should have been an email...
