I lived in Denver metro 2010 - 2017. Loved the people, actually everything. But the altitude didn't like me. My Dr. said some people never acclimate & I was one of 'em. Had to get closer to sea level. Lungs. Argh. Hate where I am now.

I’m in Cali low altitude, but we are planning on moving back to Colo., I have asthma and show signs of lung disease. I hope I’m OK, I don’t have any problems visiting. I miss the blue skies and clean cities.
Denver metro: so clean, healthy people, good diversity of industries & lots of colleges. Dog friendly, what's not to like? 😉 I found it easy to get around with all the boulevards. The Brass Armadillo, Butterfly Pavilion, downtown Louisville, before the wildfires argh.
Big time dog friendly. I haven’t been to the Brass Armadillo? I’ve been gone 30 years, I get back there a couple times of year. I want to go the the big animal park by Ft Collin’s.
Right? I'm Cali native, central coast, Monterey Bay but b. on SF peninsula. In PNW now, surrounded by 6th grade developmental level. I bet you'll do fine back in CO. Those blue skies...even after snowstorms. Miss that all right.
It’s beautiful where you live though. We love the Santa Barbara and Morro Bay Area, but don’t get up North much. I’ve been to Sf only once, but I loved it.
PNW is great for natural beauty, but the locals are dumb as rocks. Yes, I said that out loud. Many have never even left the county, let alone traveled further. Hard to find compadres.
