Seconded for the UK too. My Jewish family and friends experience actual antisemitism still as do many other Jewish people here yet it barely goes reported on as people assume antisemitism these days is when someone wears a keffiyeh

As a Jewish Studies scholar I couldn't agree more– antisemitism has been carefully studied, and it is defined by acting on a negative mythology about Jews. It has no legitimate connection to Israel's ethno-nationalist genocide nor to Jews and others acting on human and religious values opposing it.

The up to date scholarly definition is the Jerusalem Declaration, in contrast to the weaponized IHRA definition pushed by the right wing, which was even disowned by its main author Kenneth Stern.

I wish anyone really cared about Arab lives in this country. Instead what we saw was uninformed privileged kids supporting the terrorist organizations that murdered one million Syrians and blaming the Jews for the crimes that their puppetmasters committed.
