It really can be depressing. If you’re not outside before 3 pm you will hardly see any sun. And then the cold!! It’s not supposed to be this cold in North Carolina. It’s making it even worse. 😭

It's depressing tbh. I was ready to go to bed yesterday until I realized it was only 7pm 😭 I keep my friends closer who suffer from seasonal depression 😔
