Liberals created Social Security & lifted millions of elderly people out of poverty. Liberals ended Segregation; passed the Civil Rights Act, Voting Rights Act. Liberals created Medicare, passed the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act. What did the Conservatives do? Opposed every one of those programs.
