And just so we are clear about some things. Hilda suggests useful alternatives, yes, anything is useful when you are looking to understand if, for example, a treatment a family member of yours (or you) could take is effective.
But for the meta-reseacher, research synthesizer, this is a disaster.

Pubmed comes with a wealth of tested resources, not just the database, but an infrastructure of resources and validation of these resources. The search functionality alone. MeSH. The tagging. The possibility to download it all.
And it's free. Does any of the alternatives have that?

https://Clinicaltrials.gov is another example, without doubt the best trial registry, both in terms of registering and of searching for studies. Just the way changes are searchable.These are not "America first" resources. These are used globally. My own trial is registered on https://clinicaltrials.gov.

I guess what really drives mad is the obscene waste: the destruction of resources that took decades to develop, that are, with all their limitations, superior to anything else out there (this is true of both Pubmed and https://clinicaltrials.gov). Instead we will gave glitzy, useless AI-powered junk.
