A “Seahawk” from the Osprey family. A “Cardinal” is a known egg thief and not much of anything else. Your bird wing looks like a seagull wing that was peeled out of the grill of a Semi Truck. The only Omen or Sign I see is that seagulls probably shouldn’t play on the freeway!
