Nah, she just cried and asked "what happened" several times. It was kind of pitiful. (I have since learned that teen girls almost always cry after anesthesia. *the more you know.GIF*)

Mine was droll but not $$$ funny. The nurse before was talking about her autistic nephew liking the same anime my Kid had on a shirt from & how he liked Minecraft & after Kid goes, "I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS AUTISTIC" & I'm like, well, you ain't normal! But all I said was, You're perfect just as you are!

It was long (I only had 3 - 2 uppers 1 lower - the lower was coming in literally sideways and had to be broken out of my jaw. Also, my mouth is very small and the corners ripped, which took longer to heal than the surgical sites).

But the nurse was all, "STOP THAT!" as if I was gasping on purpose.

At 16! Just woken up from anaesthesia! Confused and scared!

I gasped out, "get...me...my...father"

"Not until you stop doing that."

Then I tried asking for a paper bag.

Guess what her response was?
