Hate it. If it’s Ft. McClellan it was the old Chemical weapons training base. Also Monsanto used to dump chemicals there for like a half century and the EPA was lax as fuck about it. These things can all be verified. This the equivalent of buying that Florida Concrete from like 20 years ago.
Anniston let Oxford maximize their growth. What can Anniston do that Oxford ain’t had for a decade now? I’d LOVE Anniston to expand, but after Ft. McClellan closed, they focused their whole growth plan on annexing Ft. McClellan, but had absolutely no plan after that and it never happened anyways.
just my personal choice, I compare everything he's done to
Diary of, The Family That Preys or I can do bad
Madea got real old for me...fast. It might be because my co-workers were seeing his plays (2005ish)
This is good for the community.. I hope it build up to Perry status .
give jobs to the low income there .and be sure to keep the klan out of the business
I love this! Love Katt and it would be great for Alabama but he is going to have an uphill battle with the environmental issues. I hope he can make it into something amazing! Cheering for him all the way!
I love this because Katt Williams cares. But it makes me wonder how one goes about purchasing such a thing. Are there just empty military bases all over the place? Why is it empty? How long has it been empty?
Closed in the 90s right after desert storm. Cost cutting measure. It (assumingly inadvertently) accelerated white flight and killed a lot of businesses that were dependent on either the influx of military or the civilians building tank parts etc.
