no you were right, the usa literally requires the perpetuation of genocide against the indigenous, there is no redeemability whilst continuing genocide. to begin to stop the horrors that are natural to the existence of the usa, there must be total land back to the indigenous, thus abolishing the usa
What the actual fuck. This story is horrific. The autopsy pics are sick and HOW is the hospital saying baby died in utero? Are they rly trying to say baby's head was decapitated in utero!??? Usa hospitals are a terror for non-white families.
No, Uteruses don't decapitate. Can you imagine how much more the USA government would be trying to criminalize pregnant people if that were a thing uteruses did.
I hope what that hospital pays is way higher - and that delivering doctor should be charged with murder or something in that arena. This is appalling, and my heart breaks for what these people have had to endure.
The article explains that the doctor charged here is just the one that did the autopsy. So....how does a baby get decapitated at birth in the first place?
I read that article, and I do not recommend it! Long story short. The doctor was way too rough during delivery. The local medical examiner office has ruled it a homicide.
There's just too much going on. I need less stuff to be happening. If people could just chill the fuck out and not do anything out of the ordinary routine, we might get back to normal.
Technically the baby did die in utero. That's because if the baby is breech and you yank on his feet...I can't type that. Just to make it more awful, they tried really hard to not let the parents know their child didn't come out in one piece. They found out 4 days later. Abominable.
Literally what the fuck is wrong with you that you needed to type that out? I read the article. No one asked you to describe it to me, you fucking weirdo
This made me gasp so hard I couldn't breathe. Talk about "shocks the conscience." There are no words that are anywhere near sufficient to describe this. The award should have been so much higher
True, and that's separate; this judgment's about the '23 lawsuit against the coroner who posted photos online.
The death was ruled a homicide, the parents filed a suit against the hospital & doctor last year, but I don't see whether Clayton County Police Department finished its investigation yet
