Is this a surprise? Not to me. Their cruelty is their loyalty pledge to Trump, not the Constitution. Have ignored the rules of law. Put their reputation on the line, even breaking the law, in haste to appeasing him, showing how tough they are. The Constitution is a living document. They relent. 😏
