He make be a good tactician - which is extremely important -but he's hopelessly stiff rhetorically. Every syllable he utters sounds like it's been developed via focus group, and his little nicknames are too often Chuck Schumer-level lame. Joe Neguse, AOC, Jaime Rankin, etc. are far more persuasive.
