I agree but I don't think we do a great job of describing the situation. We can't keep a) calling it a constitutional crisis because crisis implies something you experience (and most of us aren't experiencing it yet) and b) we have to stop catastrophizing everything because it has lost power 1/2

I would suggest that a) Dems have a number of messages targeting different audiences and use the tools at hand to directly reach those audiences through social media, personal social networks, organizations, influential voices and b) our messages ALWAYS ALWAYS focus on real people impacted.

Most cases can be boiled down to the separation of powers. The Executive cannot defund programs which the Legislature has previously authorized. SCOTUS would be going against the Constitution to rule otherwise.

Yes, they are re-hiring ppl due to firing the wrong ppl in the first place.... but what court orders are they adhering to?

e.g. there was no court order that I'm aware of pertaining to the personnel that manage the nuclear arsenal

they fired a bunch then re-hired them
