Ok, Maximum made it darker, but minimum was better, how do I add the "Thickness" mod to the Material Output node?

I'm not 100% sure how those eyes were structured, but you want the part that's the sclera/whites of the eye.
Also you seem to be running pre-4.2 Blender, you won't have to think about the thickness value.

Ok I think half the reason the eyes were dark is just cause my scene was way to dark + I had exposure turned down in the renderer

usually it's either that or clamping under render settings that's causing dark eyes, but it's not clamping in this case :D
