Ugh I hate this attitude. If there's a question if the Marshals will do their job, you order them to fucking do it. If they refuse then that's it, everything is toast. But we NEED to cross that bridge now. They haven't consolidated power and we'll have the best outcome from a confrontation.

You may not understand that the judge does not enforce them. Even if the judge orders it, Pamela Jo Bondi is still required to enforce it.

No I understand perfectly. technically the judge tells the Marshalls what to do and Bondi could counter that order (not legally).

The question is if the admin will outright defy a federal judge. If the executive is able to ignore the judiciary and has control of the purse then it's a dictatorship

Could a workaround for the contractors include signing the K but refusing to abide by the anti-DEI directive? Those illegal provisions wouldn’t be enforceable in contract law and if Feds breach, they could be sued by contractors civilly, maybe?
