People are already having a hard time connecting to other people and many get their only idea of connection from the media they consume. Often parasocially TO the media they consume and to those that contribute to said media.

This is about so much more than "haha silly actors want to do their fun little jobs and a robot is going to take them". Although I do think we should all have the right to do our silly little jobs!
Keep fighting. Keep connecting. Keep the embers alive.
but this is still no reason to attack someone who took a job that was open for 6 months regardless. it’s better him than an AI, right? i mean we are all against Ai taking over but you’re upset at a guy for litterally **taking a job**? crazy.
Wow, that is bold coming from one of the shameless VAs who attacked & doxxed Jacob Takanashi. Its even more shameless that you only said sorry when even Nikke community started to hate you for your bad toxic actions.
Even Rapi & Keqing will be disgusted & disappointing on you.
AI wouldn't be so tempting if people weren't already burdened with all the difficult, traumatic relationships they're already endured. I'm aware of the sentiment of "at least an AI won't hurt me like other people!" and I see where they're coming from. Not all of them will just get over it.
AI is becoming a therapy replacement for some and it offers very dangerous "advice", it's hurtful. AI will never replace people. Ai should do my laundry, not replace actors or therapy or relationships
AI can and has replaced people, with deadly results even. Now, you're perfectly valid in saying it *shouldn't* replace people, but we can't control everything. I think AI is filling the void many of us have left because of our own immaturity and selfishness.
i try not to be that guy but what's the goal here? kayli's whole point was that AI **is** hurting people, worse than real people do. it's not "tempting" at all; it's the same shortcut-taking as AI "art" to skip developing experience for a way worse result, except skipping human interaction instead.
That's the thing, who are you to say that AI is hurting people worse than real people do? Real people can be horrible to deal with. They can be abusers, inconsiderate, predators, assholes. And you can't control them. Even the worst aspects of AI are rooted in how other people want to abuse it.
kayli said it themselves in the messages you replied to at first. it's damaging all the same, in a much less visible and much more permanent way. art is a skill, writing emails is a (boring tbf) skill; human interaction and the empathy that comes with it is also a skill - and a very necessary one.
BULLSHIT. You shamelessly went after a VA who was just accepting a role that needed to be filled and made a half-baked "apology". You should realize by now you ruined your reputation as a voice actor thanks to your arrogance and entitlement.

AI is an active threat against the empathy we're already losing our grasp on.
