Ah! I’m in Colorado, just SE of Denver. We’ll get a “chance of snow” forecast and wake up to 8 inches; or we’ll get a “winter storm warning, 12 - 18 inches possible” and wake up to 40° and sunny skies. It all depends on how the systems break over the Palmer Divide, an East West ridge south of us.
