Interestingly, my more recent monochrome works are more graphite heavy and don't seem to be evolving the same way.

All of them change over time though .. which is kind of cool but also slightly worrisome

At least you have the scan? I get why it's worrisome though. Is there a specific ink type or something that you can pinpoint it to? If you know how it behaves over time you could potentially have that in mind when you paint 🤔

I've used exactly the same ink -- a chinese brand called TWSBI since I picked up brushes in 2020

There's about 1/3 of the bottle left still

And yeah.. I guess there's somethin nice about the evolutions too
