It would be interesting for me to know when the term "political" becomes relevant. Perhaps when humanity moves from tribes to society? Why is man the only species that forms societies? What is the biologically natural state of human relationships?

As Vlad suggests and illustrates with his example, politics became an issue long before tribes. And it is evident in other social animals like canines. Depending how you want to define biology I would argue it isn't biology that determines it but social behaviour.
A fair point, which also agrees with the Wikipedia definition. But in that sense, the relations within my family are also politics, even if it does not feel right to me in this context.
What do you mean by biologically natural state? That sounds like you are positing teleological purpose to nature where we could somehow stray from our "natural" state. It's all biologically natural if you ask me.
There are many things in our lives that we have learnt that would never come naturally to a person unless they are influenced by the school system. We take a lot for granted and I think that obscures certain problems that occur in our society.
