(a) There is NO legal obligation on employers to exclude trans women (someone covered by the characteristic of Gender Reassignment in The Equality Act (EA) 2010) from female single sex spaces. Anyone who is claiming that there is, is disingenuous, misinformed or promoting an untruth.
