Patel's fanatical idolization of Trump reminds me of King’s ‘Trashcan Man’ in ‘The Stand’ with his sick obsession of evil Flagg. Many sick similarities and while ‘The Stand’ is a work of fiction from 1978, since Covid, wonder how many prophecies that book truly holds. Scary is an understatement.

Trump is surrounding himself with people who will support and encourage the violent extermination of millions of Americans who oppose him. Patel will cease all investigations into right-wing extremists and order deadly raids on organizations like the ACLU and Planned Parenthood.
