We keep hearing about it as if we need to justify giving Russian assets to Ukraine, but that's just the obvious default position.
Russia is murdering people and committing war crimes. Why would anyone think they have any right to keep *anything*?

Will it be enough left to rebuild cities destroyed? This will remain unknown until surveys and costs are estimated.
More importantly, ukraines acceptance into Nato.
