Moved all of my 401k into a simple interest-bearing fund that's NOT tied to the market last August. The "expert" who I had to deal with when moving the funds acted like it should be against the law to withdraw from a bull market.

It's gonna cost WAY more than that. WAY more! That just factors adding a few percentages because of the tariffs, this doesn't factor any ripple effects such as price of fuel for deliveries and airlines and whatnot, also when half the jobs disappear because you can't get our raw materials, then what?

The tax-relief plan that the house passed (but has not become a bill) apparently would raise income tax rates on households in the bottom 95% as well. The tariffs are a tax on the poor that didn't have to go through congress (you didn't really believe it was about fentanyl, did you?).
