They're considerably more pricey than IS and KDP, but their print quality is better.
However, I have found their support straight out ignoring my tickets. Which is in line with how KDP and IS handle support tickets (we can do better!)
One thing I enjoy with them is you can make a release totally private, thus curating precisely who gets access
Not a desirable route for everyone, but some projects demand it.
There was a point in time when they were the main POD publishing on Amazon - one of the first to facilitate getting an ISBN that didnβt involve going through Bowkers.
Once Amazon decided to compete with them, they actively de-platformed Lulu.
They have a full range of services and a sales platform of their own.
If you can make a PDF, you can publish through them.
Divest from the βzon
π No exclusivity limitations
π Costs nothing to publish
π Make a PDF & go
π ISBN access
π Author prices are only a tad higher than KDP for physical copies to resell πππ

Iβve been populating mine as a back up in case one of the other platforms becomes unavailable
Strongly recommend an eggs-in-all-the-baskets approach, especially with the way things are going

Wonderful to hear they're still hanging in there!
Good to know they're still around, especially when I've been gearing up to self-publish some of my own still finally.
