Cory Doctorow beat us to "enshittification" sadly, by a few years.

Precisely, so this would be the verb form.
Though I suppose I was thinking it would not be so much about one's own experience, like "enjoy", but more like doing unto something, as the noun suggests: "They are enshitting all their products AI"... But maybe that would be "enshittifying"? 🤔
