It’s not always the case.
Like, no 6 star medic does better what Warfarin or Ptilopsis do.
No other guard completely replaced Lappland.

But man, they could’ve given him something unique to make him particular when aiding casters/supporters…

"no 6 star medic does better what Warfarin or Ptilopsis do" I mean, tbf, it's bc you're looking at Warfarin and Ptilo less as "Medic" and more as "Buffer" in this case bc they are both SP boosters. And in Warf's case, she literally boosts damage as well. I'd say it's+

+ different than comparing Stainless and Windflit.

Also idk what else they can put into Windflit that Stainless hasn't covered. Stainless is THE upgrade for all Artificers, he even came with hidden damage reduction buff with his turrets. Not as huge as Roberta's but still amazing that he got it all

Warfarin also buffs herself with S2 so her heals also become stronger. With S1 she heals an additional based on the operator Max HP.
Ptilopsis has utility with SP but also has a skill that makes her heal with a shorter attack interval.

I don’t know what they could give Windflit that could help with his utility.
Artificers like Roberta, Catherine can still do some things that aren’t completely replaced by Stainless.
Maybe if his devices affected taunt…

But yeah. These are some particular cases though. It is possible a 5 star doing things that 6 stars won’t completely replace, but it’s not that common.
It would be nice if it was a case like that for Windflit.
