no one should be installing new JS packages on a Sunday after all

Not just new packages. We had a CICD pipeline which does `npm ci`.

Should be back up in 2h according to https://status.npmjs.org

Time for JSR to shine

I guess it IS a good idea to commit my node_modules folder.
