They’ve plainly announced plans to go after Hunter and other perceived enemies, this pardon was necessary to end the forthcoming circus.

Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that it was unconstitutional to charge Trump in the documents case because the Special Prosecutor was appointed by the AG, and not approved by Congress.
The Hunter prosecutor was appointed the same way.
