The NT Govt and 'authorities' have set a framework such that nothing will hinder the progression of the fracking. And that any / all contamination matters and bleatings will be met with an 'oh dear' response, then buried.

When the kids were little I asked them how something or other was broken. My daughter said she thought there was a burglar. I looked at her quizzically and she said maybe it was Michael (her cousin that had visited earlier)
