52.6. A teacher with leadership or management responsibilities is entitled, so far as is reasonably practicable, to a reasonable amount of time during school sessions for the purpose of discharging those responsibilities
- a TLR is a payment rather than a job
- different types of TLR can be applied differently
- the role itself should have expectations included both on and for the post holder.
As far as I’m aware there is nothing specific.
Negotiate what is needed to do the job with your HT.
