I choose Delta 400 in every instance, except when using sheet film, because you don't make Delta 400 in sheet film.

I took a couple rolls with me to Iceland. It did an unbelievably good job in one of the volcanic areas. Crisp, sharp, and punchy. I adore HP5 though tend towards Delta 400 for stark landscapes. I just wish it were in sheets. *nudge* (or SFX 200, or PANF) ;) All great films!

I was never into HP5. I tried it many times but never liked it for some reason. Delta 400 is a different story, especially with a yellow filter. It's a great and very reliable film. I also expose it at 800 (even in bright daylight) to get the desired look.
