Playing on a one year (near the) min deal becoming starter bc of injuries.
Earning new 3yr contract. (Bartons being a bit higher for cap inflations)

I’m not really a fan of Barton anyway.. He made some big turnovers and had that pick six but he was a liability in coverage against literally anyone on top of missed tackles.. Right now fingers are crossed for Greenlaw.. 🤞

Same concern for Hufanga who we just signed at safety.. Until our dead money is gone and we start developing more draft picks to make up for the ones we lost, we’re gonna have to take these injury risks.. Our new strength and conditioning coaches are stellar though..
