I managed to get everything but payment figured out for Hulu on the first show… I think I know enough people in Japan now that I could get the payment part complete, but the whole process is such a giant pain I’d rather just pirate it and donate money to charity on my own later😂

Payment looks like they do accept overseas cards, but charge an additional fee to do so. 3% isn’t bad though, I’ll take it over having to source gift cards for Hulu😂

So I went through and made an account with zero issue, also found a faq page that says overseas streaming should work, but the test link they offer doesn’t actually work so can’t test it to be sure, lol.
