I’m living proof of this. Was well over 300 pounds at one point. My doctor put me on Lisinopril for my blood pressure at 27 and I hated the idea of taking meds the rest of my life. Started making many of these changes and I’ve lost over 100 pounds and only needed the meds for 6 months.

For most people, a high protein diet with some quality carbs and fats, limited snacking, 10,000 steps a day, and 3-4 one-hour resistance workouts a week would provide extraordinary returns. Most people would have no need for a medical intervention with those consistent inputs.
