Per Roger Parlof: The govt brief to the 11th Cir, opposing the Trump codefendants’ attempt to suppress Jack Smith’s Final Report, is convincing. Hard to see 11th Circuit intervening, except to vacate Cannon’s order & specify that, for now, she has no further role.
