Not true. Aren’t there privacy statutes in states to protect the data of citizens? If he’s harmed members of some states, he should be brought up on charges.

I saw that also, I also read that one was previously found guilty of hacking somewhere so maybe at least those ones might see some trouble, but I have zero faith that it will.
