One minute the Tal’mahe’Ra are listening to the weird whispers from the Aralu, the next minute it’s relic nuclear bomb and sixth great maelstrom. And V20 is no help at all! mEtApLoT nEuTrAl is fine and good if you’re like a Ventrue or whatever and it doesn’t change your situation very much.
