If you like campy scifi, I think you will really enjoy it! I like to say its a combination of a Faustian tale and a very weird episode of doctor who! (so I LVOED it lol!) definitely check CW warnings, Katrina is a young trans woman and faces some harsh transphobia at the beginning of the book FYI!
I will say, overall it's still a very fun and hopeful story. It just has some moments that can be hard to read, but it's not like the whole book is like that and it is one of my favorites 💖🫶
