Look, I'm as surprised as the rest of y'all--but, to be fair, "universal healthcare" does, in fact, mean for *everyone,* including manosphere mind-poisoned gymbros. And class solidarity does, in fact, mean solidarity with people who might have bad/incomplete ideologies.
