so proud of you!! i will say, one thing that helped a friend kick the habit was switching to gum (just regular gum, not the nicotine gum). whenever her cravings were high she would chew a piece instead of going for a cigarette and it really helped the mental block because her mouth was too busy
Good luck! I think that is one of the hardest things to quit. It does get easier the longer you go without it. Find something else that gives you that happy hit of dopamine. Mine was gardening.
i'm late to this thread but i'm on day 15 no vape (i AM using nicotine patches) and jolly ranchers r a godsend in general, truly have been since i dropped the actual cigarettes a few weeks ago. god bless jolly ranchers & best of luck. you got this!!!
Good luck! If you can make it a day, you can make it a week. If you can make it a week, you can make it a month, and so on. I’m at 15 years and just shy of 2 months
You're awesome! I'm 100 days off cigarettes today, still using the electronic thing, harm reduction for now, but it's absolutely still keeping me in my addiction.
I don't know you, but I'm extremely proud of you!!! 💜💪
