turns out the reason my nails keep breaking and painfully bending backwards whenever i try opening a package is not a lack of vitamin D

it's just that I've been starving myself for the last 6 months or more because of depression and lack of appetite caused by meds

i barely lost any weight and I'm so used to having zero energy from the time i had zero T & E for 2 years it doesn't even registers as weird

that's just how life is to me
always tired, nauseous, fat, weak and in pain
