12/10. Alternatively, if making accounts or running these programs aren't viable options for you there's also ArtShield. It runs in your internet browser, you don't need an account to use it.
TIL about glaze/nightshade tech to protect digital art from being used as training materials for AI. love it. I also love the concept that it will eventually distort the models with false information. I have been thinking about doing the same thing for social graphs and search data.
Glaze/nightshade is only for still images. There's nothing yet for audio, video etc. It also only works well for a specific type of model that was open sourced. May not be so easy for closed source models.
Yeah adversarial systems like Nightshade tend to be pretty fragile. That being said the closed source models are basically the exact same thing as the open source ones.
