as someone who commissions a decent number of people, I would prefer good communication about commissions instead of staying silent until it's done or just not responding at all to messages about it.
been waiting on a fix to an alt on a comm since last June and still nothing.
Or worse throw temper tantrums if it's not exactly what they want.
So it's a two way street.
Like, one time I was comming something as a gift and was very much clear about the deadline, they were bad at communication and I had to essentially *threaten* them to even get updates, was legit a few hours away from just requesting a refund.
